Hoy vamos a hablar de Robert Wadlow el hombre más alto de la historia.
Además del más alto también tiene el record de las manos más grandes y los pies más largos.
Resulta que el amigo Robert tenia una glándula de crecimiento superdotada lo que hacia que midiera 272 centímetros; y unas manos que median 32,3 centímetros desde la muñeca hasta el dedo medio y por si era poco unos pies de 47 cm (vaya barcos que llevaría).
Robert nació en 1918 y murió a los 22 años debido a una ampolla en uno de sus súper pies (aunque no lo parezca fue así como murió) después de participar en una marcha promocional para la marca que le hacia los zapatos.

me gustaria mucho saber si en algun museo conservan cualquier artefacto que el usara, ropa, sus lentes etc. jaja su saco es del tamaño del hombre que esta a su lado, si no es que mas grande.

Segun mi opinion creo que esta persona no fallecio por un problema en su pie ya que a nivel antropologico es inconcebible... lo mas idoneo fue motivado a un paro cardiaco o algun problema de esa indole, ya que laspersonas con esas altitudedes tienden a cansarse ma que uno comun, y segun lo que ustedes citaron en el texto anterior que lo pusieron a hacer una marcha, es lo que se intuye. NO se puede negar categóricamente la existencia de Goliat, pero tampoco se puede afirmar como un hecho incotrovertible. ¿La razón? Porque de haber existido, lo hizo en una época tan remota y en una cultura tan primitiva que no existe documentación histórica tal como ésta suele entenderse. Creer o no en la existencia de este gigante es, en suma, un asunto de fe, y cualquier discusión al respecto debería hacerse con un mínimo de educación y respeto, cualidades que al parecer en este blog escasean. Por otro lado, si las medidas dadas en la Biblia para Goliat se convierten a medidas actuales -lo cual es perfectamente posible-, el resultado es un hombre más alto que Wadlow, pues pudo llegar a medir cosa de 2 metros y 90 centímetros. Nada nos dice la Biblia acerca de su edad, de manera que pudo ser un guerrero muy joven (hay que recordar que las personas afectadas de gigantismo no suelen vivir mucho). Lo que sí queda claro es que era muy fuerte, por ende vigoroso, ya que se nos narra que sus armas eran en extremo pesadas y grandes; por ejemplo, sólo la punta de su lanza alcanzaba un peso superior a los 10 kilos, lo que en un arma arrojadiza es excesivo.
